We take a 20% non refundable deposit for long treatments/bookings. Should you need to cancel or re arrange an appointment we kindly ask you for 48 hours notice before your appointment. Failure to give the full notice will unfortunately result in the deposit being lost. Should you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice any deposit paid will transfer to another appointment or will remain on the clients account to spend at a later date on treatments or products.
 
Cancellations and amendments within 48 hours allow us to manage our diaries and offer appointment times to other clients.
