We will start to re-open booking on the day

Update:23/12/2020

Regrettably, Suffolk will enter Tier 4 from 26/12/2020 as a result we can no longer operate any massage service from this date until further notice. So sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and do hope we can operate soon once this new wave of covid gets under control.

Update:26/11/2020

We are scheduled to re-open on the 2nd of December - extract from government site:

In all tiers, the following businesses and venues can remain open:

  • personal care and close contact services such as hairdressers and barbers, beauty salons, tattoo parlours, nail salons, spas and beauty services, massage parlours and tanning salons

For now, Suffolk I believe is in Tier 2 status and we will still adhere to all Covid-19 precautions and safety measures.

Update:5/11/2020

Unfortunately, we are closed due to the national UK lockdown for November and hoping to re-open on the 2nd of December, we will hopefully re-open booking closer to the time.

We have also suspended all pre-pay and vouchers purchases for now.

Update:24/9/2020

We have now got our contact tracing Covid-19 poster, this is used to check-in using your COVID-19 track and trace app.

Health Secretary Matt Hancock said the app "helps us to find more people who are at risk of having the virus" that human contact tracers are unable to find.

"Everybody who downloads the app will be helping to protect themselves, helping to protect their loved ones, helping to protect their community because the more people who download it, the more effective it will be,"

The app cannot:

  • use your GPS location or track where you have been

  • be used to check or monitor if you’re self-isolating

  • be used by law enforcement to identify or track you

  • see personal information on your phone, such as your messages, address book or your phone contacts

In preparation for phase three of re-opening spa businesses, I have now attended a web course to prevent COVID-19.

Update:25/7/2020

We are fully operational, although with a restricted menu to offer based on government guidelines.  We will continue to monitor the government advice but feel this is the new norm for a few months yet.

Update: 11/07/2020

We cannot offer any facial massage service in accordance with government guidelines, please note we have adhered to all guidelines including

  • Risk assessment

  • Avoiding skin to skin contact and wearing gloves

  • More frequent cleaning

  • For myself to wear a face visor and mask

  • Hand sanitizers available for use

  • Will be also keeping records of clients and share these with NHS Test and Trace where requested, to help identify people who may have been exposed to the virus.
